  • Time: 20 minutes plus overnight soaking

Ingredients

  • Blanched almonds: 250g
  • Maple syrup: 1 tsp
  • Water: 500 ml

How To Cook

  • Soaked almonds in the water overnight
  • Add maple syrup, blanched almonds, and water to the blender and blend till smoothen
  • Strain and discard the puree
  • Shake before serving
